Also featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
